First released by Charles Aznavour, who co-wrote it, in 1974 as a single. Aznavour sang it in French, German, Italian and Spanish. When it was translated into English as a theme for a British TV series, “The Seven Faces of Women”, he sang it in English too. A beautiful cover version by Elvis Costello was featured in the film, “Notting Hill”. (Tabbed by Michael Sedore)
