A traditional sea shanty which is fun and easy to play. Of uncertain origin but written in the nineteenth century or earlier, it shares its tune with a traditional Irish folk song, “Óró sé do bheatha abhaile”. I have based this TAB on the popular interpretation by The Irish Rovers. A caveat… Every second line goes very high to notes not available on the Merlin. I have moved these lines to the middle and bottom strings. I think it works.
