This lovely Italian song, known as “Con te partirò“, was first released by Andrea Bocelli in 1995 and it became immensely popular in Europe. A second version done in 1996 paired Bocelli and Sarah Brightman and was even more popular. It is known as “Time to Say Goodbye”.
I have made two compromises to make this beautiful song playable on the strumstick. First, I lowered the key to make the highest notes accessible. Secondly, I chose as a model a wonderful, shorter version done by a Ukrainian singer, Solomia, when she was just a teen-ager. I hope you enjoy this tab.
